CompTIA Certified Technicians
We have a team of experts with different skills sets to ensure all our client’s issues can be remediated. Our help desk technicians are, at minimum, CompTIA A+ and Network+ certified which means they have completed entry-level technology training. It is a vendor-neutral certification, with an emphasis on the expertise needed to work as a computer service technician, troubleshooting and repairing PCs. We also have baccalaureate degreed engineers on staff and working the help desk who are certified in the highly sought after and extremely difficult to attain Microsoft Security Systems Certification as an Administrator and Engineer. All our technicians and engineers coordinate their work flow under the direction of our Director of Services. This ensures client support queues are distributed efficiently and appropriately based on difficulty and issue criticality.
