Astute Technology Management provides 24/7 support when you need it most. We understand that downtime can be inconvenient to downright critical for business operations. Our support technicians are here to support every team member, every machine 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. Got a printer that won’t print? No problem. Server issues? We received an alert over the weekend and patched it for you before you even noticed. Locked out of your email? We’ve got you covered.

Astute Technology Management’s managed IT services is local to Columbus Ohio. We want to be sure if one of our technicians needs to be dispatched to a location, there is no more than 60-90 minutes travel time involved. This allows our clients to receive the fastest response and resolution time possible.

CompTIA Certified Technicians

We have a team of experts with different skills sets to ensure all our client’s issues can be remediated. Our help desk technicians are, at minimum, CompTIA A+ and Network+ certified which means they have completed entry-level technology training. It is a vendor-neutral certification, with an emphasis on the expertise needed to work as a computer service technician, troubleshooting and repairing PCs. We also have baccalaureate degreed engineers on staff and working the help desk who are certified in the highly sought after and extremely difficult to attain Microsoft Security Systems Certification as an Administrator and Engineer. All our technicians and engineers coordinate their work flow under the direction of our Director of Services. This ensures client support queues are distributed efficiently and appropriately based on difficulty and issue criticality.
