HOW TO OPEN A SERVICE TICKET:
  1. Select Request support in Astute Connect (located in the system tray)
  2. Select New Ticket in the Client Portal
  3. Email [email protected]
  4. Call (614) 389-4102 and press 2

Submit support tickets and view ticket statuses. If you don’t have access to the Client Portal, please email your Client Account Manager.

PAYMENT PORTAL

View and pay invoices.

JUNK MAIL PORTAL

View and release quarantined email and manage allowed/blocked lists.
