5Excellent Communication
At Astute Technology Management we ensure our Columbus and Cincinnati Ohio clients are always apprised of the status of their company’s IT environment. Our monthly and quarterly status meetings mean your business IT environment will be proactive, not reactive. Patches and applications are installed when it’s best for our client, usually overnight or on weekends, so as to ensure daily operations remain uninterrupted. All clients will meet with their dedicated account manager during the on-boarding process and are encouraged communicate with them directly should the need arise.
