Professional Help Desk
At Astute Technology Management we have a professionally staffed help desk available to answer questions and solve problems Monday through Friday 8 AM to 6 PM (excluding holidays). We ensure a technician is on call and available to assist 24 hours per day, 7 days per week should a critical issue arise after hours.
We work with our clients to determine their preferred method of communication with the focus always being timely, accurate issue resolution at the client’s convenience. Some clients prefer our ticketing system, some prefer phoning in issues and some prefer email support. All our clients receive a post issue resolution survey to provide us the valuable feedback we need to ensure we are constantly meeting and exceeding our client’s expectations regarding their experience with us.
Our help desk technicians work under the direction of our Director of Services. This structured and tiered oversight safeguards coordinated and efficient use of time throughout the work day and helps prioritize our clients’ needs in a way that is most beneficial to them.
Astute Technology Management services small to medium sized companies in the central Ohio (Columbus) and southern Ohio (Cincinnati) areas. Cities include Dublin, Powell, Worthington, Westerville, New Albany, Gahanna, Reynoldsburg, Canal Winchester, Lancaster, Grove City, Hilliard, Upper Arlington, Columbus, Mason, Madeira, Montgomery, Blue Ash, Beckett Ridge, Mariemont, Indian Hill, Oakley, Stetson Square and Hyde Park.
