Thank you for taking the time to learn more about Astute Technology Management. As an experienced managed IT provider, we are proud of what makes us different from other providers. Your network is part of the foundation of your business, don’t trust it to just anyone.

How long has the provider been supporting networks? What certifications do their technicians have? We have been supporting networks since 1998 and all of our technicians are at minimum CompTIA A+ and Network+ certified.

What is the provider’s primary service? Is it supporting networks? We have a singular focus, network support.

Does the provider outsource their help desk? All of our help desk staff are employees of Astute Technology Management.

Our help desk is staffed 8am to 6pm, Monday through Friday, with technicians on-call 24×7.

Does the provider only include remote support? Onsite support is included in our monthly fee.

Does the provider meet with you regularly to discuss ticket metrics, network health, tasks and projects? We meet onsite with each of our clients monthly.

Does the provider help create a business continuity plan? We do, and we provide offsite data storage at no additional cost.

Does the provider use tools that ensure they are adhering to industry standards? We like to check our work, and we do that with quarterly assessments.

Certain industries have special industry-specific requirements. Industries such as healthcare can present unique challenges due to regulations specific to that industry. We understand not only healthcare, but a variety of industries and how to tailor services and settings based on each industry’s unique needs.

Does the provider conduct an annual survey to ensure clients are satisfied with the level of support they receive? Surveys are essential to helping us improve the quality of our support.
